My name is Chi-hyeong Kim and I am in my fourth year of a PhD in Chemical Engineering, under the supervision of Professors Fabio Cicoira. My thesis project is about fully stretchable and wearable devices for bio-electronics, using direct-writing printing.
2) What was your method of explaining your thesis in 3 minutes?
First, stretchable electronics are explained, and an advanced fabrication approach is introduced. Second, state-of-the-art examples and required features for certain types of wearable bioelectronics are also introduced. Then, my research shows how it contributed to the progression of bioelectronic technology without complicated scientific terminology.

Investigation of medical devices for healthcare
