PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES
An email notification will be sent to inform you that your account statement is available in your student file during the payment period.
DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF TUITION AND OTHER FEES SUMMER 2024: JUNE 27 2024.

| PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT 2% interest on teh unpaid balance up to 150$ AN UNPAID BALANCE WILL BLOCK YOUR REGISTRATION AND COURSE SELECTION CHANGES FOR THE FOLLOWING TERM AND WILL PREVENT YOU FROM OBTAINING OFFICIAL COPIES OF DOCUMENTS. |
WITHDRAWAL FROM NON-MANDATORY FEES
Some non-mandatory fees will be billed automatically during the tuition payment period. To withdraw from:
- the student initiative support fund (SISF): by january 30 2024.
- the group health and dental insurance plan: un-enrollment period between january 15 to february 16, 2024.
PAYMENT METHODS
All students, whether full-time or part-time, are encouraged to use the payment methods below. To know your balance, please consult your student file.
To avoid waiting in line, simply register with your financial institution's online services:
Then register École Polytechnique de Montréal in your list of payees by entering the 8-digit reference number corresponding to the ID POUR PAIEMENT INTERNET box on your tuition fee invoice.
Please allow 3 business days for financial institutions to process your payment.
CONVERA is the most efficient payment process for international students wishing to pay from outside Canada. This option allows you to pay in the currency of your choice, which is then converted to Canadian dollars.
HOW TO PROCEED
- Select the country from which you are paying and enter the payment amount in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Select the currency and payment method.
- Enter your student's information.
- Enter information about the person making the payment.
- Proceed to payment.

If you do not have a Canadian bank account, please contact the Registrar's Office using the Telephone Service section, and determine open hours, and phone number.
Payment methods other than those listed above are not accepted, for example: cheques, cash, Interac and Wise transfers, among others.
