Welcome to the Registrar's Office! We are responsible for student record management. We ensure its integrity and act as trustees of the personal information it contains. We support students throughout their studies, from admission to graduation, ensuring compliance with academic regulations and program structures. We collect tuition fees and issue official documents. We are also in charge of the academic management system and the organization of teaching, supporting the university's mission. |
For any questions, we invite you to log in to the Registrar’s portal and complete the Pour nous joindre form in the Questions générales section.
The portal provides access to several forms depending on your needs. To access all available forms, you must sign in by clicking the Connexion (Login) button and using your @polymtl.ca email address (without the “etud” prefix). Without authentication, access is limited to only some of the forms.
If you experience a login issue and are unable to see all the forms, you can use the Support utilisateur (User Support) form.
Personal information provided during appointment registration (name, email address, student number) will remain confidential, and will be destroyed 60 days after collection. More about the collection and management of personal information.
