Presentation title

Unfolding the Future of Sustainable Wireless Systems

What was your method of explaining your thesis in 3 minutes?

I followed the approach of starting off with a big idea that the audience can relate to. After placing my research into the broader context, I thought of small or more focused ideas to lead the audience from the big picture to what I actually do in my dissertation. Then comes the punch line, and afterwards I connected the dots from there.

What inspires you to do research?

“Research is to see what everybody else has seen and to think what nobody else has thought” - these simple words by Szent-Gyorgyi describe exactly what I am seeking to learn and practice in my doctorate studies and career.

If you have to dedicate your research to anyone from the past, present, or future, who would it be and why?

I would like to dedicate my research to those who think they can, and do.

3 Keywords to explain your thesis

Multi-functional transceiver, sustainable wireless system, power-recycling microwave mixer
