New SEP waiting room operation

The Polytechnique’ Student Services (SEP) is pleased to welcome you back in person. In order to continue to offer you quality services, a new reception management system has been put in place with the acquisition of a terminal, allowing an optimal organization of appointments.

The information gathered by this new facility is collected by Polytechnique Montréal (2500, chemin de Polytechnique, Montréal, Canada) in order to allow you to meet with an employee or an advisor from the Polytechnique’ Student Services (SEP). They are necessary to enable you to use the services of the SEP. This information will be accessible to SEP staff and will be kept confidential, in accordance with the requirements of an Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, CQLR c A-2.1., for a period of 30 days. Under this Act, any person can consult their personal information, obtain a copy of it or have it corrected, if necessary.
