Information collected for the use of SEP services

The information collected by the Student Services reception and appointment management system is collected by Polytechnique Montréal (2500, chemin de Polytechnique, Montréal, Canada) in order to allow you to meet with a Polytechnique Student Services employee. It is necessary for you to use the services of the SEP. It will be accessible to SEP personnel and will be kept confidential, in accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information (R.R.Q., chapter A-2.1), for a period of 180 days. Under this Act, any person may consult personal information concerning him or her, obtain a copy or have it corrected, if necessary.
